Which file formats are supported?
STL and OBJ are fully supported for estimation. 3MF works with limited parsing fallback.
Can I request material or finish changes?
Yes. Add your request in order notes and we will confirm before starting production.
Shipping and returns
Typical production timeline is 3 to 7 business days depending on complexity. Shipping ETA is shared at checkout. If print quality does not match approved requirements, contact support within 48 hours.
